Overbaked baguettes, very hard and dry. I arrived at opening but store wasnt ready, took 10 mins to get my food, staff very slow. Bacon was hard, overcooked and cold considering it had just opened. I ordered a bacon baguette with TWO extra bacon, which I WAS charged for but a slice was missing. Come on guys buck your ideas up. Customer service levels are AWFUL. Bake-out on the veg bake.I dont thiink staff listen these days. I could remember several orders at once but I cant even order a chicken bake without them asking again. Its not rocket science. Pay attention. I audit these shops, tgey never know who I am when I walk in.

Order a cheese bake. Received it cold. When I asked for it to be warmed I was told that they are not allowed to warm up pies. Rediculous. Who wants to eat a cold pie? I asked for a replacement of a bacon roll. The roll was day old dry, no marg or butter and came with 2 tiny pieces of bacon that only just covered half of the roll. The staff are very rude.Will never go back again. And would not recommend them.

Greggs is so popular here that they had to move across the road to larger premises! Always liked the steak pie but now I'm mostly vegetarian and like those options too.

Shouldn’t be on Just Eat if they keep cancelling orders, this has happened several times recently. Wonder if it’s pure laziness? either way - shouldn’t be showing as available on Just Eat when you cancel every single order. Disappointed.
