We really enjoyed the bowling last night. The girls working here were brilliant, happy smiley and helpful. They deserve a bonus for this as good service is rare these days. We will definitely be returning soon ?

Took my 4 year old for his first Bowling experience, had a brilliant time, the lady behind the till was lovely and made us feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful couple of hours here with the grandchildren. The place was very clean and tidy, food and drink reasonable in price and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The bowling itself was excellent: no need to do the maths any more, either, as the personalised display does the hard work whilst looking great. The young ones loved the funky (do we use that word any more?) lighting, which added greatly to the atmosphere. Recommended.

We recently visited this in Jan and booked 2 lanes for my son birthday party. Kids enjoyed bowling and food after bowling. Birthday Package was good and one of the organizer supported and helped thru out the 2 hrs in arranging juices while kids playing, tables, food and in cake cutting and distribution.

Good for bowling when you get a lane.\\nBar... its the perfect test of the Great British Queueing will power, 45mins in lije for a drink. Tables are sticky and dirty. Better luck at swimming through the toilet floor than walking across it.

It's a fun place but the bar area felt a little dirty, unclean and a bit sticky. Pool cues have no rips but you can't blame them for that, ? that is done to those who are using the venue.

No staff at the bar. Had to wait ages to get drinks.\\n\\nAnd no I already tried going to the reception for bowling to get staff. But they disappeared. I could see them around the building though.\\n\\nWould be great if they could just look at the bar now and then to check for customers.

Good for a children's Christmas get together. The bowling was great but the food took ages to come out and was pretty 'dry'! Kids didn't seem to mind.

I have been in contact with your customer services email listed below a couple of times, and the advice I was given is that I should complain to google or my phone provider (which is the reason for leaving this review). The customer services team, did not seem very interested in this complaint, but I guess this is probably something which is received on a daily basis.
Bit of a wait even though we booked however two lanes were down. They said 20 minutes late gave us a vibrating plate which they said they would activate when ready. It went off after 20 minutes so true to their word. Nice bowl and nice staff ?

Recently I came in with so many people and a really sweet young lady called Lauren came over and helped so much, she gave us drink recommendations and she answered our questions!! Super sweet! Defo will come back!!

We visited your bowling centre in eastleigh for a birthday party. We decide to grabs some drinks while our son attended the party. The queue at the bar was ridiculously long, it took 20 minutes to be served. The bar staff were all grabbing orders for the lanes, surely staff should be assigned to different jobs?
We then ordered our drinks, my wine glass had someone else’s lipstick on it. I asked to change glasses and the second one was worse than the first.
I was told a clean glass can not be guaranteed due to the dishwasher. This is rubbish as I know stubborn lipsticks can stick in glasses, but those were just grimy. I did not want to change it again and ended up with my wine in a cider glass.
