Up until today my experience at this McDonald's was mediocre/fine.Lunchtime today I was told my order wasn't available because it wasn't on the computer screen. I have always added lettuce to my burger but the manager was persistent it wasn't available. Though one day before it was. I have now travelled to another McDonald's and my order was accepted. Last time I use this McDonald's.

Was sitting in there yesterday a Just Eat delivery driver came in to pick up someone’s order a McDonald’s worker had put the order in the bin as the driver was late by 5 minutes they didn’t make a fresh order as the store was closing very bad on McDonald’s behalf

The staff were amazing especially the the big guy on the restaurant floor he cleaned up a table and seating for us and made sure we were ok as we currently have a daughter using a wheel chair .... outstanding young man...Wheelchair accessibility: Good and helpful

Absolute joke but all reviews say this & clearly no notice is being taken. Order took 40 minutes then was wrong twice! Added to that commentary from a young female member of staff about " complaining again" and "he's back again" are far from

Ordered online through McDonald’s website and selected delivery via Uber eats. Arrived with the bag sealed but not the complete order. Called McDonald’s - they told me to call Uber. They asked was the bag sealed? Not our problem and to call McDonald’s. Called them again - not our problem - call Uber!! The ‘manager’ of Eastleigh McDonald’s was arrogant and belligerent.’ I’ve done as much as I can’. Meanwhile, we haven’t received the food that we have paid for. Terrible service. Avoid!!!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. 25 minutes for one cheese burger and it was stone cold. This not acceptable management should be changed, as they are not doing their jobs. Staff and managers looked unmotivated. It wasn't even busy. I hate to think how bad the food is when it's busy.

Food was cold. I really dislike the new touchscreen/Argos style of ordering, paying and collecting. It seems to take forever and the food is always cold. Restaurant was clean, however.

Always great in a hurry. The triple decker cheeseburger and shake are FAB!
As a regular visitor to McDonald's, it's high time I share my recent experiences with this fast-food favorite. Let's be real, it's McDonald's, not a high-end gourmet restaurant. The food is what it is, meeting expectations for a fast-food chain. When you're heading to McDonald's, you already have a good idea of what you're in for. Compared to the typical McDonald's experience, this branch in Eastleigh holds up relatively well. While occasional mistakes in food orders can happen, they're quite rare, and the staff is usually swift in rectifying any errors. In terms of service, it's about what you'd expect from a McDonald's. Some staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, while others might be less engaging. However, I haven't encountered any major issues with anyone. The main drawback in the service is the relatively slow response at the in-person tills. It often takes a bit of waving or "excuse me" to grab their attention, as they seem to assume you're waiting for a mobile order even when you're physically present at the manned tills. One consistent issue I've noticed, not only at this location but across McDonald's in general, is the poor quality of their paper straws. They tend to become shapeless and useless midway through a frappe or about a third into a thicker milkshake. They work well for soft drinks, but any thicker beverage should ideally prompt the staff to automatically provide two straws for replacement halfway through. In a nutshell, this McDonald's in Eastleigh offers a typical McDonald's experience—predictable food, decent service, with a few areas that could use some improvement. Despite the hiccups, I'll continue to be a patron, well aware of what the McDonald's experience entails.

Typical McDonald's usually frequented by students from the local college.A major bad point is with the delivery drivers who continually park in the disabled bays with no regard for others.

This is not fast food. It took 35 minutes to arrive at 10.30 on a Sunday. They clearly can't cope with the deliveroo orders that come in, yet none of their drivers were kept waiting! Food was fine when it eventually arrived but I won't bother going again. You get faster service from the much nicer cafe opposite!

I don't think I've ever had a McDonald's order actually get everything right but Eastleigh mcdoe did! Thanks guys!!

Would not go there again. So many times it has been bad but still went back. No more now. After today.
