Atrocious service.

Had an incredibly disappointing Mother’s Day experience! The restaurant was overbooked, overcrowded, and the staff’s behavior was utterly unpleasant. Despite making a reservation with a special request for a high chair, we were seated next to the exit with no space for a chair, let alone a high chair for our son. We were ignored for 30 minutes, received no service, and when we decided to leave, we were met with disrespectful behavior. Definitely cannot recommend this place!

I'm sorry to say the hash acoustics made our visit quite disappointing. It was fairly busy but conversation was really difficult. I think this could be addressed.Otherwise great.

We went to see Simply Dan and decided to make a night of it with a meal. For a start the service was excellent and not overly attentive. The food was so nice and I think great value for a 3 course meal. We had the smoked mackerel and soup for starters and both had the sea bass for main which was delicious. Drinks priced as you would expect @£26 for a bottle of Merlot. The band were brilliant and the whole evening was thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again

Thank you to all of the fantastically friendly, efficient and helpful team at the Concorde - particularly Lynne, Karen, Steph, Sonny and Jamie - for all their help in making the night so brilliant - everybody is still talking about it - it really was a fabulous night and we won't hesitate to book our next party in the marquee. Tom Canning and Phil Eldridge both did an amazing job of keeping everybody dancing and having fun the entire evening. THANK YOU!

I've visited the Moldy Fig the past few years around Christmas time. The atmosphere is always pleasant, being attached to a jazz club there's plenty of jazz memorabilia on the walls and pleasant music to go with the meal. Service is always friendly and efficient, and great with our young children.Sadly on my last visit the food was a bit below the usual good standards, my burger was a bit overdone although the chunky chips were very good. Might have been an off day for the kitchen as generally the food here is good, with a nice selection of classic comfort food on offer. Well worth stopping in.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly at lunchtime. The atmosphere is generally quite adult but kids are welcome.

Had our annual family get together over lunch at the Moldy Fig. Good food and excellent friendly service.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu and the server interacted brilliantly with our Grandchildren.

For the past few years the concorde club has been our go to for a brilliant new year's eve celebration. Always a fab atmosphere, and feelgood music. This year the food was really good as well, with 5 courses plus a free bottle of wine making it really good value for money. We will be back again next year :)

I can’t express how terrible welcoming the new year at this gala evening at the Concord, we would have had a better evening at home watching the TV! Too many tables squeezed into a shoddy, dangerous room, a health and safety officer would have a field day. Overpriced and oversold and did not deliver on anything. Just awful. Will never ever step foot in this out of date, cheesy, sleazy dump again.
