Absolutely horrible, I hadn't used this place for years as it went downhill, anyway if you like chicken kebabs that have no taste and the texture of cheap dog food go for it. Take my advice go round to market street and get an Istanbul.

This is the second time we have ordered from Monett, the first time food was good, this time it was awful. The chips were reheated, and the meat in general left a LOT to be desired, the lamb tasted off and the chicken being cold was coated in the mayo caused it to be an unappetizing mess.Sadly I will not be using them again. Should have gone with my other option of fish and chips.

Ordered from Monett many times but the last order wasn't good. The chicken doner kebab was awful. It had burnt bits/lumps in it and for some reason there were small bones. The meat wasn't sliced, it was all crumbs. I'm not sure it was even chicken. I couldn't eat it.
Food was tasty, delivery was quick. However portions seemed a lot smaller than previously. Not great value for money but very nice food.

My husband collected our meal to make it quicker, when he got home the food wasn’t very warm and we were also missing something off our order, I phoned to let them know and to get a refund on the missing item but I had no answer.

Ordered my food at 5:05pm, 5 minutes after they opened but I had to wait a further 1 and a half hours to get my food in which my chips was cold and my ice had melted. Saying that the food did have food

i am discussedmy meal payed no chicken at all in it and there was barely any chips at all. the other meal the chicken was so rubbery. and the costumer service is disgusting i would avoid going here at all costs.
