Had two meals here last week. Lovely gammon steak both times (shame there's no gluten free fries), and hubby had Korean chicken burger which was lovely too. Staff friendly and was nice to see it's alot cleaner than it was many moons ago (no longer stick to the table/new management?). We will be back!

If you are looking for healthy food then this isn't for you. Menu is very much comfort food and pub classics. Reasonably priced. Atmosphere is very much casual and when we went it was nice and quiet. Very quick serving if food.

Me and my husband had a great Christmas eve night at the Clock. Life music and dancing were fabulous. You should have it more often.

I'm not usually one to complain but I came here for a family meal, one meal was wrong and then my chicken was really undercooked. I'm not one to make a fuss so I quietly told a member of the bar staff after waiting quite a while. My meal got replaced but by that time my family had finished eating.

I bought my elderly parents here for a meal , the service was brilliant. Our server Lillie was very helpful and often checked to see if we needed anything. The food was nice and my dad particularly enjoyed his fish and chips. A great family pub with welcoming staff and a good atmosphere.

Popped in for drink only in the bar area. Drinks and service great. Only let down by dirty tables which haven't been cleaned with previous guests glasses still there and ring marks.

Very disappointed again during our visit today. Last time my chicken hadn't even seen the oven this time it was over cooked and I couldn't eat it. Staff were avoiding us like the plague Hubby had a curry which he said was lovely Thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt but we won't be visiting again They let the greene king name down. And thus is supposedl5 new management. They all need the sack

Another lovely evening spent with friends having drinks and dinner at The New Clock Inn. Staff members Cary-Ann and Dev were super friendly, polite and efficient. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. We're very lucky to have this lovely place nearby. ?

Lovely pub to go drinking. Cheap beer and lovely staff. Was decorated beautifully for Christmas definitely got us in the Christmas spirit!

Have eaten at the clock many time in the evening and food is great , But the Breakfast I had today 14th Dec about 10.30am was a big disappointment, went for a treat as go to the gym 4 times a week and all year we have promised ourselves Togo for a breakfast the last week before Xmas as a reward for all the gym time we have done , but wished I would off gone somewhere else , was told after ordering and halfway into my cup tea / orange Juice that they Had no baked beans for the breakfast, English breakfast without Beans is a total no go , plus as soon as they said this it came to the table , But what even made it worse, it was Cold , sent it back and by the time it came my friend had finished what he ordered, which he said was on the borderline to have to be sent back , when my new breakfast came , the sausages I sent back looked like they had been microwaved as hard and to cut , Toast was like to small end bits , not even a slice cut in half , bacon was do salted that could not eat , The serving staff where very polite and can not fault, , but breakfast chefs needs attention , I don’t usually do reviews but needed saying as a big letdown, as said I have eaten at the clock many times since they changed the management team and it been great , but will avoid breakfast in the future,
