The delivery was a hour late when we called up they said it would be 7 mins ish and then took another 20 also the pizza was cold when it arrived. After the pizza arrived the papa John's called to check it had arrived and ignored the fact that we said it was an hour late.

Always go for Papa Johns over their competitors (pizza hut, dominoes etc etc) prefer their pizzas but disappointed today, when ordering my pizza on line i specifically asked for my order to be delivered at 1pm, this was placed in the additional drivers notes, the order turned up at 12 noon, i was interviewing candidates for a job role which meant i ended up with cold pizza and cheese and jalapenos bites !!!! When i called the branch in Eastleigh it was impossible to understand the psycho babble coming out of the employees mouth as to why they didn't pick up on this. very disappointed with the response from the staff member
