We often stay at this Premier Inn while visiting family in the area.Staff are always very polite & helpful, rooms are clean & warm.Meals served at the restaurant next door are always nice with a good choice, young families well catered for too.Easy access from the car park for wheelchairs/pushchairs although this does fill to capacity at peak times. There's a lift to all floors but this was broken on our last visit, & were informed two days before so that provisions could be made if we had difficulty with the stairs.Ideal location if you're on the way to Southampton for a cruise.

The staff... wonderful. Very helpful and can't fault them, the room was exceptionally clean, but they need help there. The lift was broken, the room I stayed in had the plug in the bathroom sink get stuck and the shower wouldn't work. I can't blame the staff onsite for things breaking and people not turning up to fix things, but Premier Inn need to provide better support in these areas to back their onsite teams so they don't spend all their time apologising to customers. The ultimate WiFi (paid for) kept disconnecting which was annoying. Location was very convenient for the M3, but just be aware with the location convenience it does mean you get your own episode of Motorway Cops from time to time, and the views are certainly nothing to write home about.

A completely ‘standard’ Premier Inn. My room was rather cold because I discovered in the morning that the inner window had been left open. I couldn’t get the heater in the room to work.

An older Premier but still as good as the newer Premier Inns. In-house restaurant and good food and service .

So we booked this hotel for 2 nights as we was visiting a cruise ship for work purposes. (We are travel agents)The rooms was filthy, with dust visible on the sides and all stuble (hair) in the bathroom all over the tiles, and also long hair in the shower and bath! The glasses in the room was dirty and still had stains on.Staff member came to clean with a spray bottle and cloth, didn't once run the taps for water!!!We also had a not so great experience in the adjoining pub/restaurant.I would not stay here again when we come in the future.

Great room, reasonable price! very clean and tidy with a decent resturant. Friendly and welcoming staff...Rooms: Typical room layout, good clean and tidy! slight smell of bleach on arrival but this is me being overly fussy! overall very satisfied with a 5* review.

Very friendly and helpful staff, fabulous breakfast. Far surpasses another VERY local Premier Inn ?

This is quite possibly the worst premier inn I have been to. Upon arrival, the rudest receptionist was having a casual chat to her friend about an elderly neighbour. Left myself and my colleague waiting for her for at least five minutes. Then, the other person finally wrapped up the conversation on her behalf, and she proceeded to tell us ‘wait a minute’ and then carried on with what I can only assume was ‘faffing around’. ‘I need Your car reg’ - oh, sorrY, I was expecting an apology or a hello. Rooms are so old the floorboards creak every time you walk in your room or someone walks past. You can also hear those walking above your room. The restaurant attached is awful. The food is over cooked rubbish and to top it off the coffee machine wasn’t working and they had no bottled water. No bottled water?! Then after another night in Noiseville with the creaky floor, head on down for breakfast… ‘we can’t do a full breakfast due to staff issues’ we can only do a sausage and bacon bap. Or continental. Right. So what option for gluten free then apart from gluten free toast? Nothing. And miraculously the coffee machine was working. Checked out the hotel in the morning. Walked Past housekeeping lady coming out of lift - the nicest most polite lady I’ve seen in the hotel in 48 hours. Proceed downstairs to drop my Room key. Faced with the rude woman from initial check in. Looking me up and down - not so much as a thank you or goodbye. Also - aware we had booked dinner and breakfast but didn’t put it through as a meal deal for the room. Never again. Would rather drive 200 miles home and 200 miles back in the morning. Could do with some customer service training to say the least. OR - get your wonderful housekeeping staff to be front of house and work on reception. They have manners and are extremely helpful. Heaven forbid the premier inn allowed you to be greeted with a smile.
