Food was good. But mostly I need to give credit to the manager for accepting a voucher. It want clear on the website about the exceptions but he honoured them regardless. Very well done.

I left a four star review 4 years ago. I go to this restaurant 7 or 8 times a year and I have downgraded my review by two stars. This is because the quality (and amount) of food is not as good as it once was, service has suffered and wait times for food have gone up from around 20-25 minutes to (the last few times I have been) around 45 to 50 minutes. I think this is partly down to fewer staff in the restaurant but also the takeaway service they now offer. This seems to have had a detrimental effect on food, service and ambience in the last year or so, sadly.

This place is great. Lovely food, although my wife said the gluten free option was a little bland, didn't stop her eating it all though! Great service, and quite quick. Thanks!

Yummy yummy yummy! I loved their garlic bread so fresh, soft and buttery. Pasta was delicious and pizza came as a close tie with the pasta. The garlic bread was just superb and came first for me. Also for desserts the lotus cheesecake was fantastic and made me want more!!

We used our clubcard vouchers to go for a family meal, booking online for the same day was not a problem, upon arriving early with three children in tow they were very accommodating to seat us early, food was fast and fresh, kids were happy and the menu options were great. Nice family friendly atmosphere lovely staff overall.

Would love give a good review but... My son and four friends old college friends wanted to meet up and have a nice meal together. They duly booked a table for five at lunchtime through the website. However, when they turned up at the appropriate time they were told that their table would not be ready for at least an hour!! They also had other things booked for after the meal so had no choice but to turn away and give up and try somewhere else!\\nWhen we phoned the restaurant to ask why, we were told there is a problem with the booking system where it sometimes double-books the table and that \\\"it does that sometimes\\\"!\\nVery very poor indeed. Not impressed and will think twice about going there in future.

Good food, good service and friendly staff. What more could you ask for. Slight hicup on the dessert which was rather slow to come but they were very busy. We did not feel under any pressure but the service was quick and efficient, apart from as mentioned above. Best to book but visit and enjoy folks.

Lovely food! Shame about the manger! I.E pregnant lady! Rude to her stuff overheard her speaking to them like a bit of dirt! The young waitress doesn’t get to keep the hole Tip! It’s demoralising in these sorts of times at the moment! Absolutely appalling!

Staff friendly and helpful. They explained when we arrived that there was a staff shortage in the kitchen so we might have to wait for our food. However I didn't expect the quality and flavour of food to be poor. Not the Pŕezzo standards I remember. Hopefully they can improve. Two stars because the waiting staff were OK.

Decent food, disappointed with voucher handling, Was emailed a free bottle of white wine for signing up to newsletter, used for Birthday meal but then told was not allowed to use this with Tesco's club card vouchers, felt this was mean as spent over £150 but had to choose which vouchers to use. Long-term damage, will not hurry back to Prezzo ?
