First time here and did not disappoint! The chips were great probably the best chips we've had in a long time and the fish was really good too. We will definitely be back there is nowhere better locally highly recommend.

Chip portions getting smaller, food was great though... Thank you.In response to Sonny comment... I had a large portion and it was noticeably smaller than normal. Appreciate you have differing sizes of portions but the point remains, they have reduced in size.

Our favourite take away in the area. Before Sonny’s, I probably had fish and chips 5 times in the past 10 years before. Now I’ve had it 5 in 5 months. Always fresh, decente portions and reasonable price for 2 people.We were charged an extra item by accident that I didn’t notice. Sonny’s recognised it themself and gave me a refund. Can’t beat great food, service an honesty.

Popped in 15 minutes before closing so wasn't sure what to expect. Apparently it's under new management and the new Fryer certainly knows what he's doing. My fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were also fresh and delicious. Shame this chippy isn't in my village.

Great local fish and chip shop. Staff are friendly and food is always cooked fresh to order. Reasonable prices. Burgers improved under new management with fresh salad and sauces on offer. Would recommend if you are in the area.Kid-friendliness: Choice of children's meal deals available.
So much better now it’s under new management, the chips are so much more nicer and fish is always freshly cooked to order which I prefer. Thanks Ellie and Lenny ?
