The best thing about Waitrose is the staff. I don't shop here anymore, so just called in for a drink. On a grey rainy day, it's a rather grey and chilly environment to sit in. Flat white was cold. Not great. ☹️

I always feel slightly unwelcome here, and it's incredibly overpriced.

Nice small cafe. Selection of cakes and snacks. Nice atmosphere.

It was mid-afternoon so,perhaps understandably, there were no fresh sandwiches left. Not much left to chose from ie only one slice of cake left. The cutlery etc was clean. The soup was ok but not enough butter with the bread. The cafe was chilly. It could be so much better.

Always a little cold when sat down and stationary, so worth a coat or similar.Staff are excellent as usual and food always good. On this visit I had the curried soup. Full of flavour and I always want more the one portion, so tasty!

Had a lovely coffee, and the young girl serving me Katie, was so lovely and helpful, and happy, she commented how lovely it was to meet a friendly customer, I was really chuffed.Staff are so helpful too. Fantastic shop xx

Fabulous, courteous service - it was as if nothing was too much trouble.

A bit more scrambled egg on my toast would be nice but other than that I was very happy with it spot on.

Lovely soup and coffee and people ?

Coffee not bad, now my new coffee shop in Chandler's Ford rather than Costa as its easier to park, cleaner seats and coffee is just as good

We used to drop in to the restaurant for lunch on a Friday, when shopping and going onto other shops. Whatever time we arrive there seems to be little choice left on the menu. Last Friday around 1p.m there were no non meat or fish options left on the shelves and no Welsh Rarebit. The only alternatives were baked potatoes with cheese and baked beans (tepid beans). I questioned the lack of alternatives and was told that it was due to Covid, which is becoming a tired excuse. I am almost 70 but have not yet lost my marbles.

Dry food and imited food options. Terrible cappuccino, I literally left it there. Quite dirty. Very disappointing.Parking: Same one that supermarket
