Purchased a large white hot chocolate today with cream and mm for £5.25. Was given a medium, when staff were informed she poured into a large cup and just put more cream on.We complained and was told she had put more milk in, she hadn't, we were watching her do it.Not impressed as paying this much for what was technically a medium sized drink.We have contacted Costa's head office as well.We are regular visitors to this branch so not very happy.

lovely Costa. staff really friendly and helpful even though it was busy. highly recommend if walking your dog around area. offered me water and dog treat for my dog.

Staff seem to be complacent and have no idea about cross contamination of food !!!!! They really didnt care about the fact they had served bacon to a vegetarian.Really disgusting to find bacon on underside of tomato and mozzarella panini, (this happened when it was toasted) being vegetarian and ate most of it before finding bacon underneath .I Wanted to speak to manager but no manager on site.This experience totally ruined our meal and neither of us would have eaten the food if we had known. I should not have to announce to staff that I want my food served meat free as I had already chosen a meat free product. However your staff seem to think.i should tell them I'm vegetarian and want meat free.Our meal was completely ruined by your incompetent staff however because we ate most of it before we discovered the bacon, they refused to refund the full amount.This experience has completely put me off eating food in your restaurants.Vegetarian options: BEWARE Tomato and mozzarella panini came with bacon from someone elses food, .Staff really werent bothered or concerned about cross contamination and the fact that bacon had been served to a vegetarian .

Staff perfectly pleasant. We enjoyed our treats after a long walk around Thorney Island. The coffee shop has a nice feel about it and some decent places to sit where you’re not feeling squashed in by other people. I was a bit shocked at how much the prices have increased since last visiting a Costa.

Always a pleasure to come here. I know it's just a Costa but it feels very comfortable. Loads of seating, loads of drinks, really friendly staff and a really nice location.Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetarian and vegan options, any drink can be made with alternative milk.
