My food was delivered quickly & was piping hot. Delicious BBQ spare ribs, sesame prawn toast, shredded chilli beef & Singapore chow mein ? I have no criticism with the food or service but, they really need to update their website. They offer free delivery if order is over £18 & in a 3 mile radius but don't, because it's an old website. Delivery cost isn't much, but that's not the point. They also have an option to offer feedback, but it doesn't work ? Apart from that, I was very happy with my food ☺️

The food wasn't great, order and went for collection, the quantity of food was great, however it all tasted a bit off like plastic fell in the fryer kinda off. The ribs had no meat, the beef udon was the one thing stopping me putting 1 star as it was OK.

It's a takeaway only restaurant, so the question about the atmosphere is irrelevant.The food is reasonable, not as good as the Mandarin in Emsworth, but more than acceptable. The portions are reasonable and the prices fair.That said, the service is far better. It's always friendly and the wait times are so much better.

My go to Chinese in the area. I have never had a problem with the food here, I always have the same order and they are consistent with the output. Safe to say I will be back again.

Phoned in my order when I got there it was an utter disappointment with the young lad serving. This is my second time using New China first time the same lad accused me of not paying had to show prove via my phone he was incompetentAgain messed up order and payment issues this is my last time I will be using them no wonder they do not deliver when orders are missing . Get experience mature staff or you will loose customers
