The lovely lady who served me got me an upgrade on my frappes to large sizes due to the long waiting time which she didn't have to. It was understandable that she has to serve the customers before me. However it was a nice feeling and good gesture offered that I wasn't expected. Thumbs up for her and her team mate too. Being mid week and, I’d suggest, this being somewhat hidden when you turn in it was almost empty. The staff were friendly and keen to help. The coffee was to its usual high standard and the cakes were fantastic.

Handy Starbucks on route to Chichester. Friendly staff and good service, but limited food options, always seem to be a little low on stock, hence 4 stars.

Stopped on our way to the beach from london, with 3 small children(for their lunch) Nice,polite and pleasant staff. ? lovely and clean . 10/10 the girls working at this branch all need a pay increase.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: All good, nice ramp to get into branch and very roomy inside.

Not just this Starbucks but every one I've been to recently.. always say "sorry we don't have coconut milk " EVERY TIME!! Why state you can make milk alternative drinks but never have a full stock of them??

The coffee is pretty standard in these places but the venue had the atmosphere of a derelict 6th form common room.
Displayed prices are wrong and no-one obviously bothers to update them when the cash register puts the price up 25p a coffee. Probably illegal
Unfortunately this company will not be used by us anymore due to it being cashless! Happy to give our cash to Costa instead ?
Stayed at travel lodge and Starbucks is right next door what a lovely clean store and lots of friendly staff
