2 young girls on duty who seemed more interested in chatting to eachother than doing their jobs. Had to interrupt them to actually place my order even though I was literally the only person there and then had to interrupt them to finish my order. The lady then got my order wrong and then got shirty about it, even though she put the right thing through the till! I also ordered a glass of water as it was hot and this never transpired. Maybe the manager of this shop needs to consider supervising younger members of staff

By far the best Costa I have ever been in, it's very clean and fast service and the staff are very friendly especially the manager who is very welcoming to everyone who comes through the door. Perfect coffee every time ðŸ‘
