Great food, great coffee.. but it's so cold in the shopping centre, hence the 3 stars...not costa's fault.but leaves you not wanting to rush to return.Staff were lovely.

It feels very rundown in the shopping centre. And wasn't particularly clean. The staff seemed pretty unmotivated and it was a good 5 minutes before they figured out no-one was serving me. Despite the flaws the product was exactly what you'd expect from Costa and was nice.
Have been a few times, each time the people have been welcoming and friendly, i am hard of hearing and they always make sure i understand what they have said and that I'm happy about everything, well done everyone.

Costa Coffee OK , had a hot cheese sandwich OK , had 2 x Coffees one Americano and one Cappuccino both very nice. Staff are friendly and nice and quiet, you don't get to many people in there.
