Would give a zero but not an option..argumentative when I told them my order was wrong on collection, made me feel like a was a nuisance and then still got my order wrong. Got home and the pizza was so dry! Barely warm and not enjoyable atall! Won’t be going back again for sure!

Awful service from start to finish.We ordered online.The app said it had beeb delivered after 55 minutes of waiting but it never arrived!I called the store many a times where they didn't pick up fir at least 5 calls.I finally got through and they said the app doesn't work and that it was ahead of time!!!!!.....a head of time is an understatement.....I waited 45 minutes after the app said it had arrived!.I have asked for a refund and the man said he couldn't refund me today but he will send it to head office for them to refund me which takes 5 to 7 days!!!!Awful service.....I'm going back to booking with deliveroo.....much more organised.
We've recieved undercooked doe everytime we ordered stuffed crust pizza. We never called to complain earlier. But we did call to tell them about it. The staff told me to try and avoid ordering stuffed crust pizza coz they can't do a thing about it. Shame how they won't change a thing. I like their pizzas but I'm not gonna order from them again.

Don't bother using these guys, the meals arrive late and some of the bits we ordered were wrong. When we called them about it we were offered a refund which didn't even cover the item that was not sent

Be wary if you decide to leave honest feedback on "Hello Domnios" website. I did this, and mentioned my order had been made incorrectly and also that I was concerned about the health and safety/hygiene implications of having a young child in the food preparation area (I had noticed this a few weeks prior.) I received a phone call the next day from an immediately confrontational and aggressive manager. They could not see anything wrong with a child in the food preparation area as it was their child. I explained I had no intention of offending anyone as it was purely feedback but this was not good enough and she continued to claim my comment was equivalent to me calling her child dirty. I was left upset and near to tears. I was and still am so shocked that someone could obtain my personal phone number and use it to verbally abuse me like this. After the phone call I no other choice but to contact environmental health just so they could re educate the manager regarding the expected food hygiene standards needed for an establishment preparing and selling food.

This place has gone rapidly downhill over the years which is a shame because it used to be fantastic. In recent orders I've experienced hair in the food, greasy pizzas and I can safely say I will not be ordering from here again.

Popped in for some cookies on the weekend and they were brilliant. Great friendly service, expectations of timings up front and was ready for collection in 10 minutes.
