New premises, Service slow, tables and floor messy, bins overflowing. Every time I've eaten in, everything is messy. They don't seem to have enough people to clear the tables

Oh dear what's happened to Gregg's the baguettes used to be fresh & crisp what I experienced on my visit was a complete mess of a baguette of Chicken/Bacon with a fizzy Mango Pineapple & after one bite whilst sat in the park I fed it to the seagulls who turned there nose up at it as well which made me laugh Luckily a cheeky crow came along.. Suggest the big Bosses of Gregg's visit Wenzels on how to run a bakery takeaway properly with fresh Baguettes & proper cakes etc (Hurry up & come to Fareham Town centre Wenzels) After this visit Im not wasting my money at Gregg's ever again sadly..

Ordered on the app for click and collect. Greeted on walking in with apology as will be 2 minutes as pizza just cooking. So fresh food. Friendly staff. Great service.

Nice size branch with well stocked shelves and quick service
Fed a homeless person with a pastry from Greggs - I wanted them to heat it up for him, but the lady behind the counter snickered at me. Disgusting, entitled behaviour.
