Big fan of herbies and been trying to order online from this place but it always seems broken.

DO NOT USE!!!! Tried to place a online order which was confirmed and money taken to have a phone call from the takeaway to say their had cancelled my order because the online service wasn't work and they said it wouldn't be sorted for a week! A very rude man calling me mate said I could replace my idea over the phone but my money wouldn't be back for 48 hours! Couldn't afford to re-order.

I ordered online and they said once i got there that they where not taking online order but the money still came out my account. And they made me pay again and said my money will be back in my account in 2 working days its not been almost 3 weeks and i keep calling and all they say is wait longer. So would not recommend as they scam people

Manager so rude and always unprofessional, not the first time. I asked if the staff could wash their hands before making my pizza. Why don’t you wear gloves? Apparently they get an inspection every week?????? Lol if true that’s a big problem. Happy to fight with their customers.

Ordered a pizza staff friendly was cooked quick definitely one of the best pizza places around.

I recently moved to Fareham and want to try a local pizza takeaway so I ordered a vegetarian thin crust large size pizza at Herbie's pizza in Fareham . I noticed so many times Pizza hut or Domino don't cook their pizza properly and the base is always raw because they are too busy. I was so impressed with Herbies Pizza. It was properly cooked and crispy. Also, a team member called Praveen was very helpful. Much better price than pizza hut and Domino.

One hour waiting when I ordered they said 30 minutes,when I called them back he told me no worries man ,what a service is a joke ,I never ever order from this place .

Just got a large Herbies special carry out when I got it home and had a bit frist was nice and the second and on my 3rd and last found a long black hair in bedded in the base
