Went at lunchtime but what the website does not say is that only a Chinese buffet is served at lunchtime. The sushi and Japanese food and chocolate fountain are only available in the evenings. The choice of food at lunchtime for non meat eaters is very limited. Some of the meat dishes were tasty and hot but others were cold and the lemon chicken was very chewy (according to my husband who is a meat eater). The service was polite and efficient and the ambience was friendly

Don't normally leave reviews but after it being highly recommended, I was left very disappointed. Food was cold, fried dishes were hard and ver dry, salt and pepper shrimps/ribs smelt like they had gone off. My partner and I have been on the toilet since last night. Not good first impression.

A group of seven of us booked a table for last night. It was very busy so glad we booked ahead. Can't fault the choice of food as there was so much to choose from. Staff were always busy, cleaning tables and taking plates as soon as they were finished with. Only issue was the amount of adults that skip queues and rush around the food like starving vultures, but you always get them inconsiderate type of people wherever there is food so that's not the restaurants fault. There is so much food that you don't need to act like that. All food tasted nice, fresh and will definitely visit again, but without our kids this time, who were particularly fond of the large range of desserts available. All in all, a good experience and a job well done by all staff.
