Ordered a breakfast meal with hot chocolate. Waited for near 20 minutes. My meal arrived double sausage and egg mcmuffin hot chocolate, the drink was cold the food lukewarm. I won't return there again. I didn't have time to complain after the long wait.Perhaps this franchise should look after customers in the shop rather than the delivery drivers?

What a shame I can’t give zero stars. Spent over £100 on a breakfast order today. An egg missing from one of the muffins and one of our staff is vegetarian so ordered a jam muffin. Muffin was black and no jam for £2.60. Called the store and spoke to two incompetent staff which is par the course for Mac Donald’s. Refused to send out a replacement order, we’re rude and unhelpful, tried to tell me it was Ubers fault. And all I can do is contact Uber for a refund. Disgusting service and will not be using againVegetarian options: Disgusting

Usually really good but when I went in for dinner today, I watched a member of staff scratch their hair and then put their fingers on the inside of a drinks cup which they then filled up and served to another customer.

Always misses things from my orders!! I know it gets busy but we would rather wait an extra few minutes than have items missing from our meals!! Missed a big mac, happy meal toys, bacon, filled my mcflurry only halfway. Servive is only

Lots more time given to just eat etc than local customers my order was sitting under a heat lamp for ten minutes before I asked what was going on. Not staff fought but MDs as they see companies as better profit margins. Things need to change.

Second delivery order in a row tonight that has been missing main part of meal. Ordered through mcdonalds app. Called restaurant and got told they had no record of my order and to go onto uber eats. Absolutely useless
