Incomplete order AGAIN! Got home to a whole meal missing. It happens every time at this drive through! Also no milkshakes and then have a happy meal size water even though I paid for a large meal.

Consistently great. The manager and staff at speedfields Fareham were friendly and helpful, when I was struggling to use the app for the first time.Kid-friendliness: They provide colouring materials to keep your child entertained.

I ordered for my family of 4 at one of the machines. Took 25 mins for the food to arrive and when it did the burgers were cold.It was a busy evening and from watching what was going on, it seems the priority is the uber/deliveroo drivers, then the drive through, and then, finally the poor souls waiting in the actual restaurant.

Ordered a wrap with just mayo and bbq sauce, it came Stone cold no mayo no bbq sauce but packed with salad which I didn’t ask for! It was also stone

Absolute shower of a restaurant, Wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. Completely ballsed up my drive through order - again - flat out refused to help. Actual miracle if you can get a drive through order without being parked up for it. They could not be any slower and less helpful if they tried. Hope the franchise owners read these reviews because their local service is in the toilet.

This McDonald's is consistently shockingly bad with delivery orders. ALWAYS dips missing, food is always stone cold and on this occasion the burger looked like it had been made by throwing the ingredients across the room. Also only one smashed bit of pickle in the whole burger. It is clear that the staff at this McDonald's do not give a single toss about the product that is pushed out. I understand that it's fast food but this is absolutely taking the mickey.

Ordered food on the App and collected on the Drive Thru, at the speaker the order was not checked back, just the code taken which was given from the App, at Booth 1 (cash window) the order again was not checked back. At the collection window, my order was just given to me, not checked back. I noticed from what I had ordered that I was missing a happy meal, it became apparent the App failed to record one of my happy meals, McDonald's solution was for me to drive around the Drive Thru again and reorder the said meal, this was a very busy lunch time and would have taken 10-15 minutes, whilst my current order would have gone cold, I spoke with the Shift Manager and Assistant Manager separately and they were both rude and unwilling to practice any decent customer service and rectify this fault with their own processes. In fact when I pointed out that they had a front counter till they could ring the order in the Shift Manager told me the till was so busy that it was not possible and the Assistant Manager told me that they didn't have any front counter tills - so one of them if not both of them were lying.After this several minute altercation and by the time we got home the food was cold and inedible.My advice is don't go to this unit, clearly they are busy and customers are just numbers, they clearly don't care about the service, food quality or tine it takes to be served.SHOCKING21/12/2313:210rder Number 140.

Just a standard usual mcdonalds.. Finding though the quality of milkshakes to be some what ropey and watered down... Shame could've been better starred.

Guy on the headset sounded like he wanted to kill himself. Gave me no cheese on my ‘quarter pounder with cheese’. Nice dry burger with barely any sauce. Cheers ?

Never have a working milkshake machine. Whatever time of day you go. Might as well remove them from the menu options.Hot chocolate tastes just like water. Literally just coloured water.The actual edible food, isn’t too bad.

One of the worst I've ever been two. Tried it twice now, the drive through takes 10-15 minutes. The fries have both times been luke warm and only 2/3 of a portion.Oh and £6.89 for medium meal with a shake

Didnt give me all of my order which they asked me to check on screens several times before giving to me so when I got it I didn't check as I thought they were being so thorough. Got home items missing.tried calling all night late afternoon and evening and it was engaged. Just don't go there.
