We visited this restaurant on the way home from Portsmouth. This was not our usual Harvester experience. The food was as expected but the service was the best we have ever had from them. The manager was friendly but the reason why this visit is worthy of a review is because of our server, a friendly young man called Callum. He was efficient and attentive without being irritating. Thank you Callum for making our visit so much more than we expected. We loved the artwork too.

Whilst staying just along the road from the Buccaneer we decided to pay it a visit.We had evening drinks and food and breakfast the following morning.The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble they absolutely made our visit very relaxing.The food was good and the breakfast great and all very reasonable.

Came for a family meal and was served by Ella and service was excellent as she was very helpful and food arrived quickly. The food was delicious and I would definitely come again.

First time visit as we are on holiday. Were greeted at the door and shown to our table. Extensive menu so took a while ordering. Our server Callum was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, hot and plentiful. Would visit again when visiting family.

Amazing food delivered freshly cooked and pipping hot. Chef did amazing job of cooking my bacon as I like with no fat and just the right amount of sauce and a perfectly cooked egg. It was yummy and will defo order again. Be back tomorrow to review again as taking hubby here for his Birthday meal as they do his favourite meals and he luvs the search yourself salad bar now :)
Was greeted warmly on arrival and the service and food was excellent. Despite the restaurant being busy, our food arrived in good time and the server, Clare was eeally engaging.

My and my sister have been coming here for years to enjoy an unlimited breakfast. Unfortunately, we were sadly disappointed to find out there is no longer that option. Neither is there a breakfast bar, and you pay per glass of apple juice! Where are the jugs! I don’t like beans personally and asked to swap it but was that allowed? Nope. We got our “toast” (soggy bread) 10 minutes before the food came out so was soggy by the time any food came out. Oh and they had no jam. How sad. The staff were nice, however seemed a little uneducated of what they have and don’t have. Couldn’t answer many of our questions in regards to what cereal they had. I can’t blame them though, the managers need to be helping this. I also asked for a steak with my breakfast, I asked for it to be rare. It came out red which is fine but may aswell of been well done with how long it took to chew through it. When we paid they asked if we wanted our change which was £5 something and I’m sat here like “why would I let you keep my change after that”. Didn’t actually say that but that’s what went through my head. Anyway, rant over :)M

I loved our visit to the harvester, lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed the food, compliments to the chefs. Visited yesterday lunch time and loved the service from Annie, she was very polite and helpful and always smiling it made our visit alot better.
