“There were 14 of us friends meeting up. We met at the Air Science Museum next door followed by Sunday lunch at The Swan. Due to the number, we were asked to pre-book our meals. This was easily achieved on line. We all chose the various roast options and everyone agreed the food was excellent and certainly good value. I had the beef, requesting rare. It was perfectly cooked and very tender. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We shall most certainly return.”

“Every time I come to this restaurant in Farnborough, my experience is always top notch. Everyone who works there are kind, caring, friendly and hardworking. In my last two visits, I have been served by a young Turkish lad called Wolkin, (I think that’s how you spell his name). He is a very friendly, chatty, enthusiastic, funny and hardworking guy who deserves a huge amount of praise. His customer service skills is one of the best I have had from any place I’ve been to; he’s an amazing guy! I love his sense of humour!The food is fantastic! In my last two visits, today and yesterday, I ordered the cheese burger and chips. The burger is juicy with great flavour and the chips is crispy but with great depth of flavour which is why I don’t add salt on it. The chips are exactly how I like them. I have had curry here as well and they always do a great job on that too. The chocolate fudge cake is the dessert I would definitely recommend as the portion alongside the main is great and it tastes amazing too.I would definitely recommend this place to go for lunch in Farnborough! If the young Turkish guy serves you, you’ll be a very happy customer like me as he is great!”

“Meet with 2 friends for a evening meal it was fantastic 5 starts all the way the food was freshed cooked and very nice I had the burger with Stilton and mushrooms very nice then desert was Amazing the best sticky toffee pudding I have had in a very long time and quick and wonderful service new relaunched menu well worth a visit just for the desert if parking register with the bar”

“Went to Village to use a voucher bought previously. Good atmosphere and busy with the Liverpool football match on TV. Despite the busyness the bar service was excellent, and really enjoyed the food. They always bend over backwards to make sure all OK for you”

“A great local pub to go meeting your friends whether if it’s having a drink or having lunch and dinner. There are also events that take place including Quiz Nights, Christmas theme, Halloween theme, Easter theme and Major Sport Events which I like a lot; they always do a good job there. I like the staff. Food is great, expensive though but decent food. A great pub going to!”
