Fantastic service throughout the hotel and excellent staff who clearly love what they are doing. Well done ! First visit here , exceptional customer service from front of house , Skybar and restaurant .
I came in during the evening for some cocktails and some food, all the staff were very accommodating and I felt very welcome during my visit. The bartender Ollie was in particularly helpful and friendly, we enjoyed all of our cocktails and the complimentary nibbles were delicious!

Had an amazing time at the avaitor this weekend to celebrate my mothers 50th, couldn’t believe the quality of service, food and drink I received! Had great service from through bar staff so good I had to speak to the manager and relay how impressed I was! Would without a shadow of a doubt recommend visiting the avaitor :)
