I went in today to get a baguette on examination they looked burnt so I pressed one to see if it was to hard. It was like a burnt brick, having touched the bread the shop keeper bit my head off as I touched it, fair point so I paid for it and told them what I thought of its burn status. I was spoken to like a child even though I excepted that I had touched it and bought it, it was the way I was treated I did not approve of. So if your happy to be treated like this buying a burnt brick ,carry on shopping there but if not may I suggest Belindas just down the road where I plan to shop from now on.martin h local resident.

Big Thank you - Amazing Cottage Loaf catered for my party. The sandwiches were full of filling and freshly made. My 80 guest's commented on the high quality. Delivered to venue if I could I would have given 10 stars - Thank you to all the team at Cottage Loaf.

Bread was lovely, cakes looked lovely but both the iced and Belgian buns were a tad dry unfortunately. Staff courteous and efficient.

Lovely roll, but felt uncomfortable that bare hands were used to pick up salad. Tomatoes, onions etc picked up and put in roll with fingers, which were then used on till and card machine as well. Maybe use tongs or gloves for hygiene purposes.

Cornish pasty £3.32, one mouthful taken, straight in the bin. Wish I hadn't parted with the money.
