Visited for a drink Christmas Day. Very quiet but welcoming.

Slightly of track finding the place, but it's in a lovely boat yard and the lady running it is super friendly - and puts effort into the home cooked and delicious food.

We had pizza on a saturday evening, it was undercooked and visibly doughy, not edible. We sent it back but came back how we sent it. Place has changed its stripes and seems now to be more focused on being a sports bar, and place for people to drink before they head out. Great if thats what your looking for, but wouldn't bother eating there again.

We had a lovely time at Bakers Bar last night. The homemade pizzas were delicious and the staff very friendly. We even joined in the quiz which was good fun. Highly recommended!

Can't comment on the food as we didn't have any but the service was excellent, and for a Monday night there was a great atmosphere, we enjoyed our visit and definitely plan to return!

Fantastic cocktails and small plates to nibble on. Fast and friendly service. The building has a unique atmosphere and ambience, doesn't get overly crowded which is great for casual, quiet drinks. Will keep coming back!

Liked the setting of this bar. If ever you'd like to see where the hard biscuits sailors used to have this is the place to visit. You can see the old ovens. Oh and good food, and drinks along with live sports as well. I'd suggest you stock the some of the Powder Monkey beers in future..thanksWheelchair accessibility: The entrance, bar and toilets are all on the same level. So from my lay perspective disabled access shouldn't be a problem.

Bakers isn’t closed like it says above(?) First visit -despite the large size and high ceilings it felt cosy inside this atmospheric historical building with friendly staff. Bad weather today so not many people around when I first arrived. I had a roast veggie lunch all cooked well nothing soggy and very nice gravy. The chef came out to see exactly what I wanted which was good. It was great to see big screens high up for the main two sporting events on today. A good selection of wines available too.
