The young lady who served us was rather vocal and inattentive. She started with far too much back chat on a personal level and then when I asked her to tip away coffee from an overfilled cup she retorted "Typical man!" I told her that common sense dictated it better poured in the machine drain than all over my tray. More emphasis on "gobbling off" than doing her job. Nice work young lady!

Being a store manager myself for costa coffee, I’m pretty picky in my drink choice, however Sean (hopefully I spelt it right out of the 3 ways you can) made my drink perfectly, flat mochas aren’t on the menu anymore and haven’t been for years! But it’s beautifully smooth, textured milk and just how I like it, especially with coconut milk which isn’t easy!Every time I’ve walked into this store for a drink, the team don’t fall below perfect! The customer experience is incredible, friendly, welcoming & warm and apologising for any wait/delay at the till when you can see they’re busy! This store is super convenient for me being right round the corner and even on my days off I still need my coffee!They are a superb bunch and they really should be proud of this team higher in their franchise!Thank you always to you Vikki and your team - I can’t fault any of you! I’ll see you again soon! ❤️Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant so having a choice of 4 alternative milks makes this very accommodating for me!

The slowest costa I have ever been to. The first time I went I thought maybe it was a one off. Been again today and waited 30minutes in total for 2 drinks. Huge queues and only 1 person making drinks. Wont be going back again, don’t have the time!

It's OK. It's clean and mostly tidy (when not busy) BUT the service is super slow even click and collect you end up queuing just to say you have a click and collect by which time the drinks are barely hot. Be prepared to wait a good 20 mins or so in line if its busy.
