Food that is meant to be hot is always luke warm or cold, staff are miserable and the fresh cake counter has been full of flies on on more than 1 occasion, staff told but do not seem bothered, I will not be using Greggs Gosport again.

Priority app is always 'down' with no signage anywhere so I wasted 10 minutes standing in a queue for no reason. Not the first time this has happened either. Not impressed.

It's a Greggs. Sausage rolls, check. Donuts, check. Line to the door and not the quickest of staff. Gaggle of Deliveroo / Just Eat types pushing past. Still did I mention Sausage Rolls?

Went in store and ordered vegan sausage rolls and normal sausage rolls - both or which were stone cold. Also a decaf coffee which is usually made with bags - got given a normal coffee, no bags.
pizzas and baguettes are great and the ? are delicious.

Note of opening hours on the door stated closing time of 3.30 pm so at 3.22 why were the doors locked and the staff inside totally ignored us…Friday 16th sept 22

5 stars best Gregg's I've ordered from there food came to me hot and when I ordered wedges and they had none they gave me southern chicken strips and get this a FREEGreggs sausage rollLove this place
