Ordered a delivery for 6 people. Couldn’t collect due to sickness. The food came over an hour late, cold and missing an entire meal. I phoned up to reconcile the situation and got told if I wanted the missing food I have to reorder the food. The. I was hung up on! Wasted £30 and have no food for my 2 year old! Never again will I order from here absolutely appalling customer service and barely edible food ?

Tonight we ordered Chips , onion rings and curry sauce to go alongside steak I made for me and the family. When it eventually arrived 1hr after ordering and 30 minutes after the delivery time just eat gave.. we opened up the wrappers of the food to find freezing cold soggy ,(not from oil , soggy like it had been sat in water ) and massively undercooked cold chips.. the only thing that was warm was weirdly the curry sauce.I don't want to sound silly but how is this acceptable( baring in mind I just couldn't leave my house due to the cold weathers and my youngest child being poorly )Won't ever be ordering from here again - and for recommendations sake - If you HAVE to have a chippy , only visit shop personally and hope for the best.If you need to order over the phone or with justeat - DONT.

Just had our first order from them and the fish & chips looked extremely anemic when it turned up, not the best look. Barely edible is the best description.
Great food great service... Chips were cooked to perfection and the burger was delicious... Really don't understand the negative reviews... Will definitely eat here again next time we visit.

Bought meal on line ..order was taken by Yo Yo ...took my money but got no food ..phoned shop who wouldnt help !!.Then I phoned YoYo (who are in london )..they said it was the shops problem ..so complete waste of money and no tea ..never ever use again .!!!
