Awful, every time I've been, they have forgotten something. This time, no chips, no sweet corn, no pop corn chicken and missing a gravy.

Been here several times over the years, it's fine if you order in store, but if you order takeaway or delivery your chances of getting what you ordered are minimal. Very frustrating.

Everything about this establishment was disgusting. Food was vile and cold. Tables filthy. Rubbish piled up on tables everywhere. Food trodden in over the floor. Sraff stressed, rude and lazy. Disgrace to kfc. This place needs to be closed down!

I have been eating KFC for over 40 years, this is the first time I have complained, I can’t describe how awful it was, I feel ashamed that I could not eat it, the staff were rude, stressed even though the was only 3 customers and put together a rushed bag of whatever was left over, it was cold and I will never go back and would urge anyone to go into the Gosport or Whitely branch , the crew tonight have let the KFC brand down

Will never use again. Ordered a fillet box meal with one piece chicken as a takeaway. Burger was the wrong one but of course by the time I got home it was too late. Everything was soggy. Not a single crispy bit in sight. I had to scrape the soggy bread off the burger it was so bad. Totally disgusting. What little I did eat I have thrown up because it was so foul. Will never ever be going back, the place should be shut down.

Carnage. 5 members of staff with not a clue between them. One women swearing f under her breath ever 2 minutes. No gravy I mean your KFC after chicken that's your next biggest thing.

Ordered a 14 piece bucket today for a family lunch - 10 pieces chicken legs ! Come on KFC - give some variety- we were not impressed and will not be coming back if that's what you offer

Went to KFC tonight and ordered inside on menu. Wasn't that busy and I was last to get my order, however when I got home I was missing all my dips for all meals, no serviettes which spoiled our meal..

Ordered 6 x 4 piece meals and had to throw half of it in the bin, far too greasy too eat. Not happy. Goodbye KFC

Ordered on the screen inside. Two meals, mine was OK but they got my grandson's order so wrong with missing Mayo and missing the corn. it's not that hard is it? but my grandson was really disappointed. BAD BAD BAD service and care from KFC

I came to this KFC and ordered nearly £45 worth of food. First order came out after 15 minutes, which i could see was wrong straight away, but they reassured me it was correct. On getting home the order in fact was incorrect as I had said. On returning to the restaurant the manager apologised and remade my order. On returning home for a second time I found that 2 items was missing. Absolutely disgusting service. Why do restaurants these days concentrate more on delivery orders than customers walking in.

Totally wrong meal delivered than what I ordered and paid for. Tried to phone continuously for 30 mins and can’t get through to anyone about this. Not the only time this place has given me the wrong thing. Always at least one thing missing or wrong. Don’t bother going here honestly it’s awful service. Close this branch down KFC honestly you have morons working for you.

Got home from drive through, only to find that not only was it cold, there was 1 meal missing which we paid for. I've tried ringing and ringing but no answer. Definitely won't be going there again!

Had a positive covid test so ordered online via delivero ordered 2 x 3 piece meals and sides of sweetcorn. Took 40 minutes to arrive No fries And cold, not just warm it was all cold. Phoned the gosport branch where it cam from, they tried to blame the delivery driver, its obvious the fries were missing when the order was sent out. Asked to whom I was speaking to on the phone and was told I'm not giving you my name and was then hung up on. SERVICE LIKE THIS COSTS THE COMPANY MONEY, JOBS AND REPUTATION. Would have driven down to the shop and had the manager to task over this. But can't because of the covid test. DONT ORDER FROM GOSPORT WITH STAFF LIKE THIS IT SHOULD BE CLOSED AND THEN RE-STAFFED, THE MANAGER MUST KNOW WHATS HAPPENING AND SHOULD BE SACKED.
