They couldn't get a simple order right and I ended up being overcharged for their mistake. I have used this chinese for years. Never again!!!

Our favourite Chinese takeaway was closed so we used Facebook recommendations and ordered from here. Big mistake. Over £40 for a 45 minute wait and the food to be nothing short of greasy, tasteless and soggy. The majority went in the bin and we will not be ordering from here again. How disappointing.

Without a doubt the best Chinese takeaway in Hampshire!Every meal is perfect, I've been here numerous times over the years for a takeaway; and have never been let down with the experience. I recommend this to anyone in Gosport, extremely well priced, fast service, and amazing food!

We have used this takeaway for several years and have always been happy until recently. On our second to last order we were told an hour for delivery and it was 90 minutes when i decided to drive to collect and was told it was already out for delivery. I drove home and waited another 10 minutes for the delivery to arrive. No apologies for the delay at either the shop or from the delivery driver. The last time we ordered i specified collection as we had decided to avoid delivery. I waited 20 minutes after my collection time and had to return as they had forgotten an item. Another person in the shop had to wait for their order to be redone as the takeaway had lost it/not taken it down properly. Its hard enough getting through on the phone and when you do it takes longer than promised for food and it's not always rights so we are going to stay away and give it time to improve. We like the food but recently the service has gone down hill. I really hope it improves or you have lost a regular customer.

Been going to the magic wok for nearly 3 years never had a bad dish from there would highly recommend to anyone and if you like ribs there meat literally falls off the bone love there chowmain and there salt and chilli chips are heavenlyVegetarian options: The magic wok is very accommodating if the dish you want isn't on the menu they will do everything they can to accommodate what your after they have tofu and vegetarian mock Dock as well as other dishesKid-friendliness: The staff are always welcoming and friendlyWheelchair accessibility: There is a slight slope to make it easier for wheelchairs to get in

Just got a takeaway from here sorry but worst chinese I think I have ever had, very little flavour, curry was very watery and fried rice was stodgy. Normally use oriental express far far better but shut tonight so thought we would give somewhere else a try never ever again.

Usually our go to Chinese takeaway, we always order the same. Tonight the hot and sour soup was just sweet, obviously they missed a key ingredient when making it. We called to let them know and the response was “this is how we make it if you don’t like it don’t order again” we explained that we always order it and they responded with “no one else has complained” the girl on the phone was very rude. No apology, no offer to remake-it’s going in the bin! What a shame, won’t be using again
