I am mentally ill but clever i went to get a meal for someone but I had of change. A lady called Jane helped me count the lose change because the noise from the kitchen as well as being tired I also have supersonic hearing. I can count for myself but Jane just really helped she was so kind. I will come back to this restaurant again?

Ordered a large, but I might aswell have ordered a happy meal......practically no fries and cold, soggy food.....no more online deliveries to this place now, its just god awful.

Was in these area with my job, and I've had a late lunch at this McDonald's.They provided a nice service and the food was like at all McDonald's restaurant, tasty and they served the food prety fast.Parking: They have they'r own parking.Kid-friendliness: Special chairs and tables for kids.... activities like drawing books/papers and Christmas gifts.

forgot the cheese bites but remembered the sauce for them (best bit anyway), driver crashed right outside and took 10 minutes to call the police, so food was cold and crushed, just the way i like it 5/5??

We ordered food from across the road to Premier Inn Gosport after driving for 8 hours. The food arrived. It was DISGUSTING. COLD, MANKY CHIPS AND BURGERS THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN RAN OVER. I TRIED TO RING BUT NOBODY PICKED UP. GOING TO CALL OVER THIS MORNING ON WAY TO FERRY. TOO TIRED LAST NIGHT. AGAIN.....A MACDONALDS THAT DOES'NT CARE WHAT THE CUSTOMER EATS. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO GET A GRIP OF WHAT GOES OUT.....BUT IT WAS PROBABLY PASSED THEIR BEDTIME.

I ordered off their app and they’ve managed to give me my meal but miss the important McMuffin and they make me complain through delivery eventhought it’s their fault definitely will be ordering from speedfields instead

Pathetic. Always miss an item I have paid for and instead of giving me the food they just say its the delivery companies fault and to get a refund when I want something to eat. Useless system and pathetic response from the branch. Ordered breakfast 45 minutes before they stop doing it and they cancel my order!!!!

Very short staffed as showing trainees around,some queued for an hour! I'm disabled and could not access the lift to the seating area as the door was locked and the young man I asked for help couldn't find anyone in charge to help. The food was cold and the atmosphere was " charged" because the staff couldn't cope.Come on Macdonald's, stop training at the weekend and put your customers first!

Ordered breakfast for 3 people using the app for collection at the Brockhurst Gate restaurant. Went to the drive through to give my collection number and had to wait 10 minutes while the car in front was dealt with. When it was my turn I was told it was 1 minute past 11 and I couldn’t have breakfast items, even thought I’d already ordered and was told to collect!!! The manager came and said all breakfast items are “binned” (his words) at 11 am and as we hadn’t actually spoken to anyone the order doesn’t count!!! So a 20 minute drive and a 10 min wait was for nothing. What is the point of ordering to collect using the app if these orders don’t count until you speak to someone? Might as well just use the drive through as normal when you arrive. This is really bad customer service not to mention a shameful waste if good food is being thrown in the bin. Talking to staff is also like talking to pre programmed robots who cannot reason.
