Ordered twice both times what I received was not what I ordered, when I called to correct it they said they'd sent the correct order and never did and then just stopped answering the phone. I'm amazed they still have jobs there tbh just terrible service across the board

Shocking service. Had to ask them to change their gloves before serving us. Kept talking between themselves in there own language and forgetting what we asked for. No respect for woman at all kept ignoring me. My child had to keep saying what I said just to get our order

They didt evan toast the sub waste of money assuming it cuse it was near finishing an they couldn't be bothered to sort the toaster out but yeah horrible food an lazy service

everything was wrong....none of the extras, in reality I just paid £32 for 2 bland subs, 2 packets of crisp when I ordered 4, and 12 \\\"different to what I ordered\\\" cookies! lettuce was brown, it was gross. Brown lettuce and the odd hair, went strait into the bin... felt like going and throwing it at the window!

Orders from her eon just eat, normally good but last time they messed the order up a lot, when we went down to see why turned out one of the stafg members didn't think we would come back and was lazy about the whole order. Was not impressed. Sadly won't order from there anymore. No loss

Great BMT on Italian bread \\u0026 the service was quick \\u0026 cheerful. Can't ask for anymore. Sometimes these places get busy \\u0026 I don't mind waiting but this place has rapid service \\u0026 was clean throughout which means that is here can do it, why can't other Subway's! Yum!

Just received this poor quality of service from Subway, Alver Village Square. Salad bowl half full with four pieces of chicken.\\n\\nFootlong BMT was lacking in salad as ordered. No lettuce, no cheese, about three pieces of pepper and no cucumber.\\n\\nVery, very poor service and quality of food. It suggests to me that as we are unable to watch them make the food, they believe they can get away with poor customer service as there is no recourse once the food has bern delivered. Disgusted with this excuse of an order and won't be ordering from here again.\\n\\nOn the other hand, the Just Eat delivery was superb.

Drinks machine not working they said they would give me a bottle instead but when asking for a Pepsi max was told they didn't have any only full fat pepsi left. So said no thanks. No cookies left and crisp selection very limited. Then they tried to charge me for a more expensive sub. Very poor service and I was the only customer in there.

I was amazed! This subway was so blood clot clean i thought I died and woke up In Alabama Spain bruv. The staff look almost as fresh at the veg ,prepared by Sam, I rate this store Yanno. The door snatches my ankles like an alligator at the zoo. Good place would recommend you try😌
