I dont know what is going on with this place at the moment. Have been a loyal customer for years, but recently it has gone down hill. Last 3 orders we have either had items missing or items made completely wrong. Going to start looking for somewhere else now.

Ordered two mixed doner wraps, a chicken shish and chips, the only thing that was close to warm were the chips. All three kebabs were beyond cold, it was like they had been ordered for someone else, never got delivered and just waited for someone else to buy them. Tried to call back once delivered but no answer and then no other way to get in touch. Never order direct, at least through an app like Uber etc you could get some sort of refund or lodge a complaint, even a response for that matter. To spend nearly the same as you would on a meal out and get what we did is Terrible.

This would have been a 2 star as they really messed up my order a few weeks ago, putting the incorrect sauce on my kebab missing chips and a drink. However they said they would offer the order again for free when we next come in. So when we arrived there a few weeks later they instantly got our order ready and apologised for before. Food is always nice and hot.

Absolute joke of a place, waited 2 hours for our order! Lied said he didnt receive it even though they'd added time on to it twice! Then had the cheek to call me a liar and be nothing disrespectful when he called me! Cancelled my order so I couldn't leave a review on just eat so here it is on here! Never again! Absolute joke!

Thanks, Sultan Grill, my Shish was delish. The salad, really good quality. Chips were perfect too. I only wish it wasn't sent out in awful polystyrene boxes.

The staff are just brilliant and helpful. Our large order of 9 different meals served hot and on time. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service.
It's a pretty normal burger bar sort of place. I ate my burger and chips at one of the tables. There was a steady stream of customers who were served very quickly and a bit of banter and smiles made it very friendly. When I finished I returned the empty containers to the counter and all the staff lined up down the counter to say goodbye, thanks for coming, please come again. It gave me a real lift such a nice crowd...

I'm saddened to have to write this review but the order I received today which was ordered before 16:00 today for delivery at 18:30.Firstly this was received 25 minutes later even after contacting the takeaway and secondly all the meat was cold.I called the takeaway and although the lady was pleasant it felt she was calling me a liar as I was told that the food was fresh and they didn't know why this was cold although the delivery driver Lauren informed me that the food had been sat for sometime as a busy night. The lady on the phone informed me that as this was alot of meat to rectify this issue would cost them . I was shocked by this as I don't expect to order a takeaway then have to heat it up.Nothing has been resolved and the food has not been eaten therefore I'm the one at a loss here.

I highly recommend these pizzas. They are delicious and far far better than Pizza Hut (who’s pizzas I swore by until I tried these), Dominos and other well known pizza restaurants. They are generous with the toppings and they are cooked to perfection. To be honest I never normally write reviews but I felt compelled to after eating one of their take always. Such good value for money x

Ordered from here last night and was disappointed in the quality of food I received I have eaten from here since I was a kid but last night my food turned up and was absolutely covered in grease it almost felt that the chips were not drained off when I started eating the chip is was squelching with grease I phone them back up and was offered a replacement but would have had to wait over an hour for a replacement I asked for a refund but was refused and the food ended up in the bin this will be the last time I order from here as I wasted £18 to not even eat dinner, buying take away is now a treat as the cost of living has gone up I was very disappointed. I have also emailed the company and no one has replied.
