Awful burger tepid burger, stone cold cheese, and freezing bacon. When I complained I was told that's how they come. My advice is to learn how to cook. Never again will i go here.

I noticed an improvement in The food and service this past week...which has led me to realize that people working here have been taking the absolute piss recently. For instance, I am now getting hotter food and about 3x the size of the portion of fries in a large meal, opposed to a couple of weeks ago. So people working in there have been giving less fries to customers for weeks ? How petty and embarrassing is that. Also, you can actually get a bloody milkshake now.

Waited ages for our order. When it finally arrived, it was cold so sent it back. Servers could not care less. Paid for a milkshake but then machine broke, didn't get offered the extra money I had paid, to be refunded!

Over crowded, slow service, no clean tables. Asked staff for a cloth to clean table myself, was tutted & huffed at and abruptly told "I will do it in a minute, just wait!" Not a nice restaurant to visit!

Not the first time I've had my order messed up unfortunately. Ordered a chicken bacon royale and was given the regular royale- supposed to be a Large portion & was given a regular fries and no straws for the drinks either. Tried calling to sort the problem out as drove all the way home- no answer after 4 attemps. Really unhappy as paid the full price.

Just so dirty. I wanted to use the ladies but the restaurant was so dirty I could only imagine what their toilet facilities were like. Husband enjoyed his burger but I wouldn’t eat based on floor in eating area.
Very well prepared food, polite and friendly staff, immaculately clean eating area and toilets. Frequent visitor to this branch. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: Plant based burgers.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.Parking: Nice spacious bays.

Waited for a cold whopper with hardly any salad. The source went everywhere and no napkins to clean it up. Thanks burger king for yet another reason to go to mc Donald's.

They can do with extra one staff to clean up the tables.You have to navigate for a clean table, I sat next to a dirty one, finished my meal yet still dirty. Otherwise BK is the best burger in the world.

Not enough staff and those who were there were rushed off their feet. Service was slow, food didn't look good, toilets were dirty. Such a shame.
