Costa coffee Hedge End, Southampton is situated upstairs in Next. It has plenty of seating and always seems very popular. Friendly, helpful staff. The usual excellent coffee and food.

I use costa nearly every day bit did not enjoy this one's layout I went here too sit in only table was on the side and you felt so awkward as right next too you everyone was queuing up about a arm lengths away makes you feel uncomfortable should maybe sort layout of tables and chairs and also staff were very blunt and couldn't hear them as the machines were so loud

Tried the maple hot chocolate, it was delish! Friendly staff, nice clean seating areas inside and out (the NY Bagel warned was wonderful)

Take away drinks 2 mocha easy, right ? Wrong drove 10 minutes back, both service grils antude, told to get out when we mentioned about the amount the flys around air vents .Needs a deep clean and some fly spray

Barbara is a lovely server and always greets customers with a smile no matter how busy or stressful it is - and it does get busy here quite often. I come a lot to read as it’s usually quiet and the staff have always been for the most part kind and working very hard.

Young lady serving was offhand. Seemed to be smirking to other staff and making fun of my order for tea. Very poor service. Make me feel awfull as seemed to be amused and trying to make other staff laugh.

First time visiting here, I have vision problems and get quite nervous going places, the staff were very kind,helpful and welcoming despite being understaffed and busy. Thankyou team hedge end, I will be back!
