This used to be a great Greggs but since they've joined Just Eat etc it's awful. Service is ridiculously slow and never anything cooked, shelves are empty.

I’ve just visited the Greggs in Hedge End village. I took my dog who’s cautious around people so we waited for the store to be clear, but when it was, my dog wouldn’t go in. So the lovely lady served me at the door. This, to me, is a level of customer service is so hard to come by. The lady even tried to say hello to Molly, the dog, although she wasn’t having any of it ?. Thank you

Foods always cold which is really the only reason you would go to a" bakery " rather than a shop

Prices have gone up rather a bit used to love a coffee and bacon sarnie on a morning when it was £2.60 . Now £3.50 starting to COSTA lot of money
Simon
Cold overpriced rubbish served by staff who have obviously never received any form of customer service training. Save your money and avoid.

Food pretty decent when it's not sold out but they still seem Covid Paranoid in there !? It's March 2023 fgs .... people were being told "not to approach the counter" until instructed !? Everyone was looking bemused by that one !? Still nice food so mustn't grumble too much ..

Not nice, frequent visit to loo after eating sausage roll.

Long queue. Messed up order, over charged. Generally very poor customer service from the hedge end branch.
A little busy and staff were coping well. Purchased food was excellent.

Every time I go in there i always get what I want/fancy, always a good selection of food. Staff are polite

I waited 17 minutes to get served and when I finally got to the counter they had sold out of sausages so I couldn't have a bacon and sausage roll. Too many builders coming in ordering food for a whole gang of workers. Never again.
