Only place that’s open till 9pm for quick bite and drinks. Good selections of drinks and food. However, place is let down by lack of cleanliness. Although there were 4 staffs on Sunday and only a few tables full, place was not clean. They had used cups on a few tables, dirty floor and seating.Starbucks management: please improve cleaning regime at this.

Good food, good drinks, good staff , just a bit expensive, I mean £2 50 for a cake pop ?

If you like Starbucks you won't be disappointed. Great service, swift and friendly.

Love Starbucks, the only down side with this one was it could have been a bit cleaner. It could have been down to it being a Saturday evening & being busy earlier. Friendly staff.

Absolutely disgusting manager on 31st Oct, at 6pm, sloppy with the service, milk on the counter, then I just simply asked for a top up of boiling water, to be refused , wanted to charge again, never before have I seen this, never will I go in a branch again.

Had a really nice hot chocolate, staff were really friendly! Only bad thing was the amount of crumbs and mess all over the tables sadlyParking: Not many spaces to parkWheelchair accessibility: Based in ground floor, big wide doors accommodate wheelchairs and prams

10am on a quiet Saturday morning when very well staffed:• No filter coffee because the machine wasn't swtiched on.• Contemptuous attitude from staff (like they were doing me a favour).• Didn't put milk in when I specified 'white'.

Coffees made left on the counter. Helps if they call loud enough so we know they are ready. Atmosphere dull. Staff lovely. Toilets a joke. It was a struggle to get in the toilet to close the door. First and last visit. Definitely a coffee and go place.

Atmosphere on the noisy side yet it wasn't full, coffee and service ok, wide choice of drink & food, prices on the high side, tidy all around.

Incredibly slow, multiple other people were served in front of me, i received one of my drinks then 3 other people (behind me in the queue) received their drinks and then i received my 2nd one. I don't know why they were serving part orders for everyone? Took me 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. A very young man behind the till served the man in front of me (who also had to wait for his second drink) with incredible attitude and quite honestly seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. I get that, we all had part time jobs when we were younger but not being obviously rude really isn't hard. idk, just terrible service.

Not a great deal to say it's a Starbucks and serves great coffee and iced lattes frappe tea etc... It's in a handy location close to my work and also opposite the train station. The reward card is worth downloading. Foods not bad either maybe a bit pricey.Parking: Nowhere to park nearby

Very slow service unfortunately. It wasn't very busy yet and I still waited almost 10 minutes from order to drink with only one person ahead of me, the food wasn't great as the wrap was very watery.
