Arrived 15 minutes after ordering- alarm bells went off.One of the worst “Indian” takeaways ever to be concocted. The butter chicken recieved was “chicken tikka” pieces in a disgusting oily coconut sauce. Rang through assuming we were mistaking sent some variation of a korma. After attempting to explain and gently educate the lady on the phone that butter chicken is a smooth tomato based sauce with ghee and a small amount of cream (depending on the recipe), she insisted they knew better and that’s just how they did it.Whilst on the subject, adding red food colour to dry bland chicken does not make it chicken tikka. The onion bhajis were likely cooked an hour before, (presumably) human hair in the other disgusting curry we ordered which tasted solely of salt, the naans reheated from some time ago which were a new level of sweaty and the rice was cold.I would strongly recommend avoiding considering eating from here to immediately go bin diving for a more pleasant culinary experienceWhat a waste of £40 on what is usually a monthly treat for us.Delivery man was nice.

First time ordering from hereThe food was great and delivered promptly. The service on the phone was also excellent.

Ordered Delivery for Dinner and greatly regretted it. They gave us a very sweet coconut sauce dish instead of the Butter Chicken we ordered. The dish was disgusting and drowning in oil. None of the other food items we ordered were correct. I don’t know who the Chef was but they had no idea how to cook decent Indian meals. The whole thing was a mess and a waste of time, money and food. If you’re looking for a disappointing meal this is the way to go.

Ordered a Butterchicken and they gave me a Coconut chicken. Got it sent out again as they messed up and surprise surprise… they messed it up again and gave me the same thing. The guy on the phone couldn’t understand what I was saying and kept trying to give me more of the rice I ordered ?.Don’t order here, they mess up the food all the time.

Ordered takeaway this evening we will not be returning ordered 2 chicken currys meat was chewy and bland we drained off approximately 1/2 pint of water of both dishes as they were swimming on the plate. Couple of hours later me and wife both not feeling great. Do yourself a favour and avoid. ?

Being a creature of habit, I usually order Chicken Tikka Morrisa and am never disappointed. I may be addicted.

I've used this takeaway restaurant for years without issue, but tonight everything was awful. I ordered on line, was told delivery within 45 minutes. That's already quite a while for a Tuesday. After one hour I phoned to check when I might expect delivery. The girl told me they were waiting for the delivery driver and it would be with me soon. She also said the system hadn't alerted them to my order. Another half hour passed. I called again and was told the order had just left. It finally arrived. I'm guessing the truth is it wasn't even started until I called, and they were alerted to my order! When I cut into the long awaited tandoori chicken it was raw. I phoned the shop again and was told they'd send another. It arrived far too late to be eaten with the rest of the meal which had, by now, been thoroughly spoiled. Very disappointed. Not sure we will use them again after this waste of money.

We have been using this place for a couple of years now and it's normally OK .... tonight, not so much!!Normally we have it delivered, this time was a collection as the online ordering wasn't working. Once home and unpacked we discovered the order wasn't correct, made a call and went back to collect the correct item whilst leaving my dinner to get cold. I was told on the phone it would be ready for me when I arrived ... it wasn't, so waited while my dinner got colder still.Annoying, but mistakes are made by the best of us at times.Sadly, the meal was not up to usual standards (maybe a new cook), kema naan was over 3/4 plain naan, what little chicken was actually in my korma was watery and bland and the 'sorry we messed up' poppadoms were greasy. If anyone can recommend another Indian takeaway in the area that is good, please let me know.
