Outstanding food, full of flavour. We ordered a take away but decided whilst waiting for it to eat in as the staff were amazing, friendly and went out of their way to please. We were so glad we found this little gem to eat in our visit to Milford. Please go and try, my mouth is watering just thinking about the food right now !!

Monsoori Heights is an absolute gem, found nestling among the seaside village shops of Milford on Sea. With a captive audience restaurants in locations visited by tourists can be a little hit and miss, however, this one is superb.Rarely have I encountered such engaging staff. They are polite, friendly and posses an in depth knowledge of the menu. When asked about a particular dish they reel off a list of spices and cooking methods as well as the general flavour profile. We stayed chatting with the front of house for nearly an hour after we had finished eating and left with lots of local knowledge and an understanding of the hospitality industry as well as a couple of recipes! The draft beer is Cobra and was brought over by an incredibly polite barman who was clearly invested in his work. While washing glasses he put exceptional effort into ensuring each one was spotless and sparkling. The menu consist of all the usual Anglo/Indian favourites alongside some authentic Indian curries for those that like to try something new. I was particularly pleased to note that, whilst there are plenty of hot meals on offer, there is no over-reliance on chilli and there are plethora of equally tasty, milder dishes. Rich sauces, tasty rice, delicious pickles and tender meat typified what we ate and the garlic naan bread was perfect. Portions size is good, with the paneer tikka we shared as a starter, as generous as it was delicious.I would thoroughly recommend Monsoori Heights to anyone looking for good food and good service in Milford on Sea.

Holidaying from Brighton where Indian restaurants are ten-a -penny this place exceeded all we have visited. The whole experience, from start to finish, is something to share.Smiles all round, explanations of how dishes were prepared and every element presented beautifully. We left absolutely stuffed and fully satisfied. Not a single wobble in any of the numerous dishes ordered. Beautiful. How anyone can give this establishment anything less than 4 or 5 stars is pretty mean; these guys clearly pay great attention to making dining at Monsoori Heights a genuine pleasure.Highly recommended. If you are a decent person you will not be disappointed. If you are mean spirited just make your own curry at home and leave the negativity circulating within.

Not our first visit to Monsorri Heights! it has become a real favourite whilst we are visiting the village, either to eat in or collect a take away. A great choice of dishes and even though we have our favourites, we have made sure to try other options, all of which have been amazing and all taste so fresh. Really friendly team that want to ensure you have a good experience. We have never seen this restaurant quiet, even on an early week night, which obviously speaks volumes about the food.

Thought it would be ok to eat here although it seemed quite dirty but now seeing the food hygiene standard report with a score of ZERO we wished we had never eaten here. and to make matters worse we were over charged!

I never leave reviews but this was really disappointing, and expensive. The food was so below par, I think everyone involved with its creation should be embarrassed. Based off what we had I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. There were 0 people in the restaurant and I still waited 45 mins for food despite being told it would be 25 mins. I can understand things go wrong and food can be delayed, but it still has to meet a certain level. It’s not fair to take peoples hard earn cash and turn out food like this.I would advise whoever owns this place to sit down a try the food they are putting out. The tandoori chicken was a disgrace. Such a shame.

Hmm. Advertised as opening at 17.00, arrived at 17.20 on 05/12/23 and found it closed. Door locked, dimly lit, apparently nobody inside?

Very expensive Very slushy - the three mains we ordered all looked as though they had been puréed . A dansak , a madras and one off the specials. Some poppadoms & 2 soggy chapatis and it cost nearly 80 quid! It was an hour early too!! Lucky we were in, Saw some fab reviews but what we were served was really below par and no flavours to speak of. Such a huge waste of money and made our evening a bit flat- live and learn! The meal the night before in the pub was nice so will recommend that on here

I've never been to an Indian, where they don't seem to have heard of spices. I think they've just cut costs, by not adding necessary ingredients. Obviously, the flavour suffers and is completely lacking. How can you make a jalfreizi without ANY chillies??? "Pilau rice" was similarly lacking numerous additional ingredients. It wouldn't surprise me if they close down soon. Don't bother eat here.

The Monsoori Heights was recommended by another local restaurant so we gave it a try. Beautiful food, very tasty and well priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go there again.
