Came here for teas and cakes between Xmas and New Year after a long walk to Hurst Castle with friends and our very large Labradoodle Heston. We were made so welcome, as was all the other clients, including a young lad who was given a pirates headscarf from the owners dad who does a very good impression of a pirate. Top marks to a very quaint and friendly village cafe.

Been twice recently both times greeted with a genuine warm welcome . We had our black lab with us who received an equally warm welcome and a dog biscuit! The breakfast was lovely and the coffee great. So nice to feel so welcome. Already planning our next ‘long walk’ which will get us to Milford about brunch time !

Had a lovely evening at Polly's Pantry, especially opened in the evening for the Milford-on-Sea light switching on ceremony. How about this... a Christmas dinner in a Yorkshire Pudding, what a great idea and very tasty.

We were visiting my sister’s family at Milford On Sea - went around the Village and one of the best experience was when we stumbled upon Polly’s Pantry. Must we say that they serve the best breakfast we have had in our entire one month visit in the area! Thank you for the wonderful food and experience!

We arrived with 4 adults and 5 children. Seats available and were told there wouldn't be any hot food - no issue as we only wanted drinks and cakes. We then discovered we'd arrived just before closing however Richard served us and entertained the children brilliantly. We all had different drinks, some hot some cold and cakes and ice creams. Not an easy order and not ideal at closing time however Richard didn't complain once. The cakes were superb and all homemade. The kids said the milkshakes were amazing too! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be visiting!!

They made a great fuss of our dog, before serving us some excellent coffee and cake. Reasonably priced, recommended.

Highly recommend, we popped in for a cream tea but as I passed the window I noticed someone eating a jacket potato, I had the best ever jacket potato with Stilton and walnuts, generous portions as well, with a lovely fresh salad, very reasonably priced as well, wish I lived closer. I would definitely recommend visiting you won’t be disappointed.

We were welcomed, sat at table, ordered drinks first, then breakfasts. Food was absolutely delicious. Chap serving us was very friendly. We come to Milford quite a few times throughout the year and have never been in here before, will definitely come back.

Walked out after being ignored for over 20 minutes. Real shame as we were hungry and the food looked good, but after being directed to a recently vacated table that we were told would be cleared we sat for over 20 minutes with no contact from staff who were busy faffing around behind the table making drinks or serving cakes etc. The table wasn't cleared and we were totally ignored. Even a 'sorry we are busy - will be with you shortly' would have done. But nothing. After over 20 minutes waiting with no indication of when we would be served we just got up and walked out. Really need to learn how to make customers feel welcome. Had to walk over to the CO OP and make do with a meal deal. Really spoiled a day out.
