I feel so sorry for the young man working today. The female manager (short grey hair) was so incredibly rude to her staff in front of customers. I had to say something to her to which the response was "that's just how I talk" I advised that she needs to watch how she talks to her staff, absolutely disgusting. Only to find out, from a customer who also heard me say something, that she is known for how rude she actually is to her staff. She needs training on her people skills. The chap has long hair and has always been so polite whenever I have been in there. Extremely disappointed - bullying behaviour from management and it just seems to be ignored. This needs addressing.

What an upgrade to be honest done a fantastic done with it, more of a shop inside and more space getting around the forecourt when filling up, only down bit is I didn’t see a car wash there pretty sure they didn’t install one, which is unusual for shell, unfortunately no photos as not allowed phones out

Hi I use the jet wash it charge me £1.00 , then I wanted another go so payed on the card but was charge £ 8.00 , what's go on eith the machine??

Had great service there recently when the manager showed me how to operate the Air machine properly changing the pressure values from psi to bar which I had found so confusing I had been under-filling the tyres - thank you Sam!
