Drop dead gorgeous rooms in a quaint town with plenty of shops, forest walks and local pubs to peruse and enjoy. We had a fabulous stay.

An excellent B&B in the heart of the New Forest. Beautifully appointed bedrooms that are serviced each day. Bath as well as a shower in the en-suite. A good choice of full English or Continental breakfast that you order the night before. Very welcoming hosts offer a high standard of service. Highly recommended.Nearby activities: Situated in the heart of the New Forest that gives access to a variety of leisure pursuits.

Ideal location near the centre of Lyndhurst, great as a base for exploring the wonders of the New Forest.Lovely, clean 'well appointed' rooms all with ensuite bathrooms.Good breakfast options with the mandatory full English of course. The south facing patio at the rear is a pleasant sun trap. The owners are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much.Thoroughly recommended, we will be back.

Nick and Judith are very welcoming. We appreciated the light and airy surroundings both in our room and the breakfast room. There was kind attention to detail even providing fresh milk in the rooms for tea/coffee. ?Cleanliness was exemplary.

Very friendly hosts. Fabulous room with the best shower I've ever had in a b+b. I arrived by bike and they have a little shed to lock it away at night. Wonderful breakfast set me up for day two of my holiday.

Superb B&B in Lyndhurst run by Nick and Judith who are so helpful and friendly. Immaculately clean, spacious room. I had asked for a quiet room and it was perfect. Breakfasts delicious and plentiful. One of the best places we have stayed. Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and would love to

Inform hotel arriving 2.30 pm, temp today was 35 degrees, I'm disabled, arrived, told problem with room door, come back in 30mins, I'm disabled, she told me to go for walk, got disabled stickers all over car, blue badge, told to go for walk for 30mins in 35 degree heat, in the end got to hot and went home, another 3hr drive home , any disabled or able bodied people can not recommend this b&b to anyone, she still took full payment, £90 even though did not stay their

This is a fantastic B and B, we stopped here for one night whilst cycling the Heb way. The rooms were exceptional with a superb range of facilities (including hair straighteners) and cake on arrival. The beds were comfortable with good quality bedding, lovely bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and came with a stunning view over the water. The host went out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend this lovely B and B.

This is a very clean, very well run B&B. Friendly hosts who are very attentive but leave you alone to get on with your break. The house is lovely and so well situated to walk into the town. Breakfast in a delightful dining room really sets you up for the day, nicely cooked and presented with fruit juice, yogurt, toaster on hand. Highly recommended and we will visit again.

A very well located little B & B. Comfortable and clean, delicious breakfast, well cooked and very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Thank you. If you're a light sleeper I advise ear plugs as this is on a main road into Lyndhurst. Room well stocked with tea, coffee and fresh milk, plus shampoo and shower gel. Free WiFi and TV enabled with Netflix.
