Came in for a peaceful early morning coffee. Customers behaving impeccably but staff very loud and unprofessional. Manager was sitting in customer seats on his laptop and shouting back and forward from his seat to the till staff regarding stock levels etc. One particularly loud female staff behind the till who seemed keen everybody would hear what she was doing and saying. This is unfortunate as the coffee and decor are great but certainly gone downhill since recent new manager started.

New Milton high street is a lovely store, the team is really friendly and always working hard even being understaffed ! Their drinks quality is really good and most of the time to brand standard.Doesn’t seem fair to complaints about the opening/closing times when it’s actually advertised on the door. It obviously make sense to bring the outside furniture in around 4:15pm if they are closing at 5pm.

The advertised time of 6pm closing time on the doors and online was again shortened to 5pm. There was definitely the atmosphere of being hustled out. Outdoor chairs and tables were brought inside by 4:15pm. There was so many people still coming in to Costa at 2 minutes to five, more were refused entry with the key turned in the door.

Disgusting experience.I had to stand outside next to my mum sitting down as staff refused to give me a chair to sit on as they were due to close to 20 minutes.I offered to bring it back in when I am done and still refused to give me a chair when I have asked for it nicely, displaying an attitude as well.Some staff require some training on customer service and basic behaviour such as being nice.

Costa in New Milton is hit and miss.Unfortunately they dont seem to treat their staff well, often leaving them lone working for long periodsService is great when they can offer it.Good range of food although stock can often be an issueAll in all its a good costa.Dietary restrictions: Various alternative milks available.Unfortunately their novelty biscuits are no longer vegan
