Nothing was too much trouble and the top ups for tea, cakes and sandwiches were continually offered. Everything from the ambiance, staff and food felt special.

As a person from the Isle of Wight who initially thought his local takeaway was the best of the best, chicken land threw me away with their massive 12 inch chicken wrap. The people working there are legends, and put their heart into this perfected chicken which is neither too greasy or too dry and perfectly in the middle.

The food is tasty and plentiful, the staff are friendly and provide excellent service and the atmosphere overall is very relaxing. Highly recommended.

1 Old Milton Grn, Christchurch Rd, Barton on Sea, New MiltonJust had the best (and my first as new to the area) Indian takeaway meal from The Raj. Great menu choice and although it was a takeout the restaurant was really cozy and lovely so to eat there would have been a perfect night out.
I had the prawn pure which was delicious- such a rich taste, followed by the chicken Bulthi with pilaf rice and a peshwari naan.
Staff were so friendly and the food was ready really quickly.
I’ll definitely be back.

Caird Avenue, New MiltonI sit in this Costa at least twice a week. I mostly read my kindle whilst here but I have to say as I find. In a world that is full of unpleasantness most of the time it is so refreshing to observe what a wonderful team you have.
They are friendly, super helpful and a big percentage of customers are pensioners who are offered such great customer service. Your team are so mindful of their mobility issues and always offer , almost a waitress service so patrons can go to their seats and be served personally. The team are experienced and of all ages which is a perfect mix .
I dont think they realise how good they are and what a difference they make to our aging population who may only venture out for this purpose.
They are always busy but service with a smile and a chat is offered at every opportunity.
Bravo ladies!! You are all wonderful and an absolute credit to the Costa brand xx

36 Old Milton Rd, New MiltonI ordered 3 chicken burgers (which we were very pleased with) and two lots of fries which were warm (not hot) when they were delivered and were quite tough. By the time we’d finished eating, the fries were cold. This was disappointing as previous times we’ve ordered them they were hot and crispy. We will order again in the future and hopefully things will be back to how they were.

Christchurch Road, Barton on Sea, New MiltonJust had their steak and ale pie and mash, has to be the best I can recall having. Very nicely presented, beef beautifully cooked, all very tasty. My wife had the chicken pie and equally that too was excellent. Nice atmosphere in the pub, reminiscent of a converted barn, and friendly helpful staff. Dogs accommodated in the bar area - although that was just as nice as the main restaurant, it's divided into sections giving a cosier feeling.

The food came quickly, it was a very delicious classic British Chinese Takeaway.
Nice to find somewhere with a decent big pancake roll! ?
Spent £80 for 4 adults and had leftovers.

Marine Drive, Barton on Sea, New MiltonWe stayed one night with friends during a road trip and had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and we had a very good dinner at the restaurant.
A special thank you to João and Susan, who were extremely helpful when I accidentally left my backpack behind. They took care of packing it and arranging for it to be sent all the way back to me in Belgium, which was a huge help. I really appreciated the time and effort they put into it.
They also kindly offered to refund our breakfast as we had to leave before breakfast was served.
Thank you again João and Susan for your kindness and help!

Yes it was very busy & they seem to be having food issues, the staff tried to do their best but it was not good enough for some, it was a hard watch for an onlooker. Well done to staff that got through the day.

We stayed in the Plymouth room and it had a super view of the sea and everything we needed. Staff were so lovely and friendly and made us feel really welcome. Food was top notch and we would highly recommend a stay here at this lovely seaside cliff top hotel.

We just popped in and were informed that better to reserve and call next time as it is a small place and they have take away as well. Lewis was amazing, overly apologetic as the till was down, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and the WiFi was down. However, the food we ordered was divine, 2 full breakfasts, a cheese melt and a pulled pork&cheese baguette. Quick service, reasonable pricing, pretty garden, comfy chairs. Was a lovely last stop before going home from our weekend away ? thank you!

4 Osbourne House, Station Road, New MiltonDog friendly (although a water bowl would had been nice), the slope going in is steep so disabled or elderly may struggle but I believe there is little that can be done with that. Staff were super friendly and genuine, very accommodating, prices were fair. The food was really nice and cooked exactly as requested, everything was really fresh, nicely presented and the whole cafe was very clean. I would definitely return and whilst there we noticed that there were many regulars coming in to dine and that's obviously a sterling endorsement.
