Tried to order a child’s meal and was refused it. Told him that it should really be written on the menu where he processed to snatch it out my hand, show me a different menu and said it was on there. It still didn’t say anything about not allowing over 10s to not have a children’s meal. Usually I wouldn’t mind but it was the lack of respect and no apology. Just straight up rude. At least the chips are nice

Lovely, quaint and quirky cafe in the middle of the high street!! Went in to Poppins and chose it over the two cafes we passed because of the booth seating (which was very comfortable!)Ordered two BLT baguettes and a couple of drinks, reasonably priced and very tasty!! Service was great, staff were very attentive! Will definitely come in again when we are down this way next as we are only on holiday for the weekend.
