Worker named karen was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to allow me to fill up my drink and said it wasn’t bottomless however it’s clearly stated on the subway website that it is bottomless. She then went on to talk behind my back to other coworker. And when ordering she was constantly mumbling under her breathe, I would not recommend this place at all due to the terrible customer service and the rude employee attitude.

Was not impressed with this subway shop today in New Milton. My daughter ordered a chicken Caesar subway with vegan cheese as she’s dairy intolerant. The sub was made by the young man when the lady working with him screeched at us that the cheese had to be the dairy one and couldn’t be substituted. I explained why we’d asked for the vegan - but she wouldn’t be swayed. BUT the worst bit was thé young man took the vegan cheese off her chicken and bacon sub - and put it back in the chiller with the rest of the vegan cheese!!!!! ?. I mentioned this and he left it there. I mentioned it to the lady. She left it there. As a vegetarian, I found this to be so disgusting. I know they didn’t take it out - so sorry to the next person who had a vegan cheese sub. Will not be using again.

Where do I startI’m a delivery driver and I was kindly asked if I could do deliveries for subway in new Milton, after being informed that I would be paid £9.50 per hour and a fee for each completed delivery.Anyway I worked 9 hours plus 4 deliveries this was two weeks ago, still no payment from subway.After various text messages to the manager, I get informed that they no longer pay an hourly rate, so in the end I worked on shift for 9 hours for subway for just £11, daylight robbery.Would of been nice to inform me at the start about the payment issues because no way would I of worked for them, all I can say is, subway in new Milton are low class people running away with peoples wages and earningsJust a total joke all I have to say,I will be taking this matter further I can assure you of that subway in new Milton

Just wanted to say I was very unhappy with my order today. I’m a vegetarian and the staff who made my boyfriends order which had meat in it touched the cheese with the gloves which have been cross contamination with meat. They use the same gloves on my non meat order. Surely they should be using different gloves for this?

Absolutely horrible service the staff were extremely rude. One woman got angry at me for ordering hot food and told me I had to do it at the start of the line, which if that is the case then put a sign up don't be rude and belittle your customers. The second girl who works there is incredibly rude and treats you like you are some sort of animal. If you hate your job so much you should just quit don't take it out on everyone else.

Oh dear...visited today for a coffee between buses. Staff quite unpleasant, very abrupt. We asked it was ok for us to sit inside and one young lady said they were sweeping up so it depended where we sat! We said we would sit in the window she said 'ok'. There were 7 of us, 5 having coffee. I started by telling her what I wanted but she then said what about everyone else. gave her the next item and she asked if anyone else wanted that. I asked if she needed a list of items and she said yes!!!I gave her the list in one go. She proceeded to pour the coffees AFTER I had paid. No smile and no thank you. We thanked them as we left (because we always try to be pleasant) - and we just had a curt "Bye".In the time we were to here, no sweeping up was done as the two young ladies chatted at the rear of the store.Customer Service - zero.
