Dog friendly cafe, great coffee! Friendly staff ?More vegan options would be lush, but there is usually a savoury and sweet option available.

What a horrendous place. Depressing atmosphere staff working there butt's off.trying to take 3 peoples order's at once instead of working on one person at once. I had a tea which was not nice the saving grace was the cake order. The general untidiness of the place, I certainly will not be going there again I would rate lower however the rating will only go to one star

Good coffee but a dirty run down coffee house. The floors are dirty and damaged, all surfaces need a deep clean, windows are grubby, there is insufficient staff meaning that the queue is long and tables are not cleared or cleaned and the floor mat at the entrance is coated with dog hairs. It is the dirtiest coffee shop in Petersfield.

Been here many times since 2010. Sadly it has deteriorated recently. Long queues because the online ordering has priority over shop customers. Pastry items sell out before 11am and are not replaced by fresh ones. The coffee menu is too long so preparing all those fancy drinks takes longer. The store is dirty and run-down with numerous tripping hazards. I go rarely now but none of the alternative stores have coffee of equal quality.

Could be a nice place but all these coffee shop chains it's all about maximising profit and not putting enough staff on duty. Tables are messy, not swept up floor, long queues waiting to be served. Such a shame!!!!!

Paid good money for a cup of froth. Make sure they top it up with milk. Also waited 10 minutes with next to no queue. They were trainees, in their defence.
