My wife and I had lunch here whilst visiting relatives in Petersfield. We found the food and service exemplary, I am afraid I did not get the young man's name who served us at lunchtime on Tuesday 27th February 2024, but he really needs a special mention, he was attentive, engaging and caring and was a real credit to the establishment. We will definitely re visit when we are next in Petersfield.

Absolutely fantastic Sunday roast! Walked in and found a table near the cozsy fire. Service was really great with a superb Sunday roast of beef which was just right! Live music was a pleasant addition and gave a gentle feel to the visit! Loved it...we'll be back!!!

The bar area is quite small and they had a band playing so it was quite cramped. Staff were very friendly and quick to serve.

This was our first visit to The Square Brewery, despite being regular visitors to Petersfield and we were very pleasantly surprised. There are several real ales on tap, the highlight for us being Fullers London Pride. The toasted sandwiches are amazingly good and the bowls of chips were both huge and superb value! The pub staff were both attentive and friendly and I know we shall return to The Square during a future trip to Petersfield.

This is one of the best pubs i’ve been too! Amazing food! Dog friendly even have a doggy corner with treats and the dogs get lots of fuss by the bar staff! The staff were really friendly made sure I had everything i need were also very attentive. Good atmosphere from all. The place was very clean and the toilets were very clean. The pub also has live music every friday and saturday night which is also amazing! 10/10 for me! Will be returning soon!
